Keep your face fresh in winter months

Don't let that cold air or the warmth of indoors go flaky on your face.

I've heard so many people tell me that the cold air makes their skin so dry.
I use moisturizer when I wear my make up, but during winter that just doesn't cut it.

One way to get hydration without having to take supplements or going out and buying all new makeup. Eat things high in Omega-3's, you can get these from Mackerel, Tuna and Nuts. You also can get great glowing results from fruit especially melons made mostly of water.

Here are some great skin care products for the winter months.

GliSODin Skin Nutrients Advanced Daily Formula (60 softgels)

This product works to promote skin hydration and elasticity.
It also has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces redness.
Ahava TimeLine Optimizer Serum, 1 oz

This product has it all formulated with a blend of hydrating Dead Sea minerals, natural pigments and age-defying, anti-oxidant rich Dunaliella algae.
